When you hear the word factory, you might imagine physical labor or an unclean environment, but in fact there is no heavy labor at all, and female staff are also active here.

Forklift Operator
-The main duties are transporting products using a forklift, managing logistics/production, and answering phone inquiries just to confirm model numbers and delivery dates. This job involves keeping approximately 40 production lines running smoothly.
No heavy lifting!! We use a forklift to carry heavy items.
As a result, female employees are also actively involved.
We also provide comprehensive child-rearing support, and are flexible in responding to school events and children's sudden illnesses.
